Agents Giving host an annual charity ball at Epsom Downs racecourse, during which estate agents and their teams are presented with several awards relating to their charity and community work within the previous 12 months. Material information is defined in the Consumer Protection Regulations (CPRs) as “information which the average consumer needs, according to the context, to take an informed transactional decision”. This means any information which would impact the decision that a consumer makes in relation to the property, such as arranging a viewing, putting in an offer to purchase and proceeding with any other aspect of the process.
When you first start renting, you will normally have to give a deposit before your tenancy starts. This should be held in a deposit scheme so that when your tenancy ends, you can agree with the landlord on what will be returned.
