Being a local independent partnership, we have continuously grown since inception in 1991 to now having over 120 employees within our branches covering Swansea, Llanelli and surrounding areas. We are extremely proud to note that over 60% of our team have been with us for over 10 years, with many of these being 20 years +, this is due to the investment in our team’s training and development along with the encouragement for our staff members to grow individually alongside the business.

1. Residential Lettings Property Management & Inspector
Dawsons, the leading Estate agency in Swansea and Llanelli, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of Residential Lettings Property Management & Inspector within our rental department.
This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clientele and properties across various areas. We require someone with enthusiasm, a commitment to high
levels of customer service, and a proactive approach to property management. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning agency ranked among the top
500 agents in the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience in property management, preferably within the lettings sector.
We are looking for individuals who are eager to advance their career in the property industry with a client-focused company like Dawsons.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm and to include one Saturday in four, 9.00 to 4.00pm.
Our property managers and inspectors, along with lettings administrators, alongside our valuers and property management team, serve as the front line of Dawsons, playing a pivotal role in
aiding our branch managers in the development and expansion of each office. Their dedication to delivering exceptional service and their expertise in their
respective roles are instrumental in fostering positive relationships with clients and facilitating the growth of our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising with contract holders and landlords on all aspects of direct property maintenance and services reported by either party or identified as a result of property visits and end of tenancy inspections.
- Liaising with Dawsons and client contractors, along with warranty/guarantee service providers.
- Organisation and the completion of legal requirements of both landlord and agent with regard yearly certificates, any annual, 5 and 10 yearly inspections.
- Facilitating quarterly both property inspections and the end of tenancy vacation inspections, by liaising closely with Dawsons review team.
- A number of key administration office duties.
- Pro-activeness demonstrating skills that both retain and build a client base of managed and occupied properties.
The Individual:
Our property management and inspection coordinators, from the very outset along with all or our staff from our showroom-based coordinators through to our administration and accounting teams, are the face of Dawsons, assisting their managers in developing and growing each office.
The ideal candidate will possess:

2. Residential Lettings Consultant
Dawsons Swansea’s Largest Lettings Agency with 5 dedicated branches across Swansea and Llanelli, are looking for a highly motivated experienced individual who is wanting to undertake a role as consultant within the rental department.
This is a full-time position in our Morriston branch, working with diverse clientele and properties, along with a varied range of areas, the role/s demands enthusiasm and high levels of customer service from the outset.
This is an exciting opportunity within the lettings industry and with an multi award-winning agency who sits within the top 500 agents in the country. The hours of work are 9am-5.30pm Monday – Thursday, 9am-5pm Friday (and to include working one in four Saturdays 9.00am to 4.00pm).
Dawsons are looking for someone with proven success and experience, within property, a targeted environment and the lettings sector, an exceptional individual, and ideally someone who would like to continue and further their property career with a market leading and client focused company.

Main Responsibilities:
- Comply with the companies’ standard procedures and all statuary legislative and regulatory requirements effecting the lettings industry.
- Helping fellow team members to assist in all processes from enquiry through to a dwelling occupation.
- Carrying out accompanied viewings and liaising between landlord and contract holder.
- The negotiation of new occupation contracts, securing new clients.
- Rapport building with prospective clients, prospecting, and landlord engagement.
- Carrying out comprehensive inventory schedules and condition reports.
- Pro-activeness demonstrating skills to retain and build client base.
The Individual:
- Previous customer service experience is required, and at least 1 year within the industry would be advantageous.
- Competent time management and prioritising skills.
- Full driving license is essential for the role.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their property requirements, whether buying or selling.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring all client questions are answered and concerns addressed.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, including local trends and competitor activity.
