Being a local independent partnership, we have continuously grown since inception in 1991 to now having over 120 employees within our branches covering Swansea, Llanelli and surrounding areas. We are extremely proud to note that over 60% of our team have been with us for over 10 years, with many of these being 20 years +, this is due to the investment in our team’s training and development along with the encouragement for our staff members to grow individually alongside the business.

EXPERIENCED SALES NEGOTIATOR REQUIRED (Swansea Sales Branch)
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our highly successful team based in our Swansea branch. This is an excellent opportunity to join Swansea’s leading independent estate agent.
We are looking for a dynamic, driven and professional negotiator with excellent customer service skills.
You will be using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills to existing and new clients so as to maintain, develop and promote sales in all avenues of our business. You will need to be a genuine ‘people’ person, you will need to inspire confidence in your clients and liaise with a range of different professionals within the industry, the relationships you build up will be crucial to your success. You need to have confidence in your own abilities and to carry out work unsupervised when necessary.
Meet and greet clients in a confident, positive, enthusiastic and professional manner.
Helping, advising and qualifying buyers ensuring their needs and requirements are met, by matching to suitable properties.
Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual reviews.
Accompanying buyers around properties.
Updating buyers and sellers on sale process.
Undertake market appraisals
Assist branch manager in team development
Possess a full understanding and have knowledge of the local market
Full clean driving licence.
Smart appearance, well spoken and articulate.
We offer career progression, training and referral scheme.
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm – Monday to Friday
One in 4 Saturdays 9.00 am to 4.00 pm
