Dawsons have maintenance departments based at the Swansea, Mumbles and Llanelli branches, that are dedicated specifically to the assistance of both our landlords and our tenants. These departments have over 10 staff members able to assist at any time during office hours, when any maintenance issues reported can be acted on as promptly as is possible.
This option together with our out of office contact and emergency numbers provided at the start of each tenancy, makes for an effective and comprehensive service. Over recent years, Dawsons have established long standing relationships with many local tradesmen that are able to act efficiently, quickly and professionally in the interest of both our landlords and our tenants, in or out of office hours. Our chosen emergency tradesmen are available 24 hrs a day.
