Dawsons have maintenance departments based at the Swansea, Mumbles and Llanelli letting branches, that are dedicated specifically to the assistance of both our landlords and our tenants should any maintenance issues arise. Our maintenance offices are available during the following office hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30
Saturday 9:00 – 16:00
This option together with our out of office contact and emergency numbers provided at the start of each tenancy, makes for an effective and comprehensive service. Over recent years, Dawsons have established long standing relationships with many local tradesmen that are able to act efficiently, quickly and professionally in the interest of both our landlords and our tenants, in or out of office hours. Our chosen emergency tradesmen are available 24 hrs a day.
To report a non-urgent maintenance issue at your property, please submit a maintenance request, use the drop down menu to choose the applicable office add the relevant details of your issue and this will be directed to the branch you have chosen whereby a member of the team will then respond during office hours.
To report an urgent issue please either call the relevant office during open hours as mentioned above, or our chosen emergency trades person (this information is provided in your new tenant welcome pack) during an out of hours emergency.
