Other Fees (per property)
- Occupation contract setting up fees (managed and rent collection services only) – Equivalent to two weeks rent (62.5% plus VAT) of one months rent
- Occupation contract renewal fees - New fixed term renewal £60.00 (£50.00 plus VAT), periodic renewal £18.00 (£15.00 plus VAT) or Tenant find renewal £90.00 (£75.00 plus VAT)
- Gas Certificate - £72.00 (£60 plus VAT)
- EPC (Energy performance certificate) - £84.00 (£70.00 plus VAT)
- LRA (Legionella risk assessment) - £96.00 (£80.00 plus VAT)
- Property withdrawn during occupation contract:
- Fixed term - equivalent of 120% (100% plus VAT) of 6 months management fees.
- Periodic term - equivalent of 120% (100% plus VAT) of 3 months management fees.
- Property withdrawn during sole agency period (property not to be let) - £120.00 (£100.00 plus VAT)
- Property withdrawn during sole agency period (property let by alternative source) - 60% (50% PLUS vat) of one months rent
- Property withdrawn prior to occupation contract (following successful referencing) - 60% (50% PLUS vat) of one months rent
- Change of landlord administration fee (during occupation contract) - 30% (25% plus VAT) of one months rent
- Credit card fees (per transaction) - Business credit card - 3%
