Llanelli
Once re-known for its rich coal and tin production Llanelli has risen like a phoenix from the ashes and has transformed itself into a busy tourist area offering scenic coastal views overlooking the north Gower Peninsula which can be viewed from Machynys golf course through to the picturesque harbour town of Burry Port and onto the historic village of Kidwelly. Llanelli enjoys a close community with a comprehensive range of shopping amenities such as the busy town centre and the trostre retail park, post offices, restaurants, pubs and excellent primary and secondary schooling. Whilst offering the local leisure centre and Parc y Scarlets, Llanelli is close to the beautiful wetland centre, and millennium coastal park.
For everyday life, a whole variety of goods and services can be found at the traditional indoor market and town centre or nearby retail parks. The recently constructed East Gate Park boasts the modern Furnace Theatre as well as several restaurants and coffee shops. The medium of Welsh and English are on offer throughout schools in the vicinity. Swansea Central
Situated in the heart of Swansea city centre, a call or visit to our office on Walter Road is a must for those looking to live within a short distance of the city, or maybe looking for properties with picturesque views over the bay or indeed those looking to speculate in the rental sector given the close proximity of both university’s campuses including the recent SA1 and bay development sites.

Swansea Marina
Swansea Marina is situated in the the city’s historic award winning Maritime Quarter and combines the vibrancy of a city centre location with the tranquillity of a waterfront and beach resort.
Swing bridges and locks, yachts, boats, listed buildings and sculptures all add to the atmosphere as do cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Alongside and linked by an iconic Sail Bridge, is SA1, a £138million dockside development. Marina or SA1, there’s so much to do all within walking distance. Water sports on the beach, sailing lessons, cinemas, bowling and nightlife. The City Centre is a vibrant hub with a shopping centre and a fabulous market that’s home to all sorts of local delicacies. The LC, a superb multi-million pound leisure complex and water park is literally a stone’s throw away, as is the National Waterfront Museum telling the story of Wales’ industrial and maritime history, Swansea Museum, the oldest museum in Wales as well as The Dylan Thomas Centre which hosts a permanent exhibition on Dylan Thomas. Also home to the fabulous new Swansea Arena hosting events and shows all year around.
For sports fans, both Swansea City FC and Ospreys Rugby Club share the majestic Liberty Stadium a short drive away.

Mumbles
Mumbles is the largest village in the Gower that is an absolutely charming coastal village located to the west of The City of Swansea. Sketty/Tycoch
The suburban district of Sketty and Tycoch is located about 2 miles to the west of Swansea City Centre.
Sketty is within walking distance of Swansea University, Singleton Hospital, Wales's Olympic pool, Olchfa School, Gower College and Swansea bay. In addition, we are surrounded by many local amenities, independent coffee shops, local pubs and bars, award winning restaurants and Singleton Park which plays host to various events/concerts including BBC Proms.
With our Sketty Sales Branch being found at the heart of the area.
Sketty is a short drive away from award-winning beaches and the Gower Peninsular outstanding natural beauty, and also offers quick and accessible public bus transport that can get quickly into the city centre or the vibrant Uplands area.

Killay/Dunvant
Our Killay branch is situated in the heart of the community at 419 Gower Rd, Killay, SA2 7AN. Our team at Killay cover a variety of urban, rural, and coastal areas with a diverse housing stock offering properties from small apartments to large family homes and quaint Gower cottages’.
Having been voted one of the safest places to live in the UK in 2023, and being at the ‘gateway’ to the Gower Peninsula (the first area to be designated an area of outstanding natural beauty), it is a very popular location. Gorseinon
Amidst a thriving Welsh community and close to exquisite Welsh countryside. A vast selection of homes are on offer where buyers will be spoilt by the sheer choice available from starter, investment, family and dream homes situated in the busy small town of Gorseinon and surrounding areas
Commuters have quick and easy access to the M4 corridor making travelling to both East and West Wales a breeze. Whilst the Gower is only a short journey away and is renowned for its fantastic beaches having been noted as an area of outstanding natural beauty, together with access via the M4 to National Parks, Black Mountains and the Pembrokeshire coast, making family days out a real pleasure.
An independent Lifeboat Station in existence since 1969 is situated in Loughor, along the Estuary side where delightful walks can be found as well in the vast green areas that surround the area. There is also a castle to discover on your travels too.
Education is served at all levels with local primary schools, comprehensive schools, Welsh language school and Gower College.
There are two local Leisure Centres (Gorseinon and Pontarddulais) both offers a variety of activities. Gorseinon has its own swimming pool and an excellent holiday club children’s programme for working families.

Uplands / Brynmill
Uplands and Brynmill are extremely popular for both Swansea University and University of Wales Trinity Saint David students, along with many families wanting to live close tot he parks and beaches that the area has to offer. There are plenty of shops and bars along Uplands Crescent, in the heart of the Uplands, making it a good alternative to going out in the City Centre.
Although Uplands and Brynmill are a popular areas for students, they are also just a short drive away from award-winning beaches of the Gower Peninsular area of outstanding natural beauty.
The Uplands and Brynmill also offer quick and accessible public bus transport that can get quickly into the city centre or to the local universities. However, they are within walking distance of Swansea University, Singleton Hospital, Wales's Olympic pool, local primary and comprehensive schools, Gower College and the beautiful Swansea Bay stretching for miles acorss to Mumbles point. Also within a short walk to Singleton Park which hosts various events and concerts throughout the year.
