National recognition at prestigious awards
Dawsons Estate Agents has attained the high standards necessary to be awarded the property industry’s most prestigious mark of excellence at the 2021 EA Masters.
On Wednesday 3rd October 2021, 1,500 of the leading estate agents, letting agents and property industry suppliers from across the UK gathered in London for the biggest estate agency event in the country, where the results of this year’s Best Estate Agent Guide Awards were announced. Dawsons Estate Agents were independently identified as one of the very best agencies out of over 15,000 estate agents in the country, and for the 3rd year running they took the gold award for both sales and lettings teams.
This rigorous assessment is conducted by The Property Academy and is supported by Rightmove, the largest property portal in the UK. Each estate and letting agency office is scored against a unique set of criteria which looks at their property marketing, their customer service and their results, which are determined by a survey of 30,000 buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

Over 3 billion data points were analysed in the search for this year’s top performers – the biggest assessment of any industry. The awards are made for property marketing, customer service and results – which consumers consider to be among the most important criteria when selecting which agent to sell or let their property.
Peter Knight, the founder of The Property Academy, (an organisation that works with agents to improve service standards in the property industry), commented: “We set out to provide the home mover with a reliable resource to help identify the best estate agent in each area, whether someone is looking to sell or let a property.
