Dawsons Covid Update 2023

We adapted to ‘All Things Virtual’ since the very start of lockdown and we shall continue to grow in the virtual world during 2023

We adapted many of our business processes during Covid times, and shall continue to offer virtual appointments in the first instance where possible, reassuring our customers that our greatest priority is to keep our staff and clients safe whilst always providing the best possible services required of an estate agents.

Alongside our Face To Face services, we will continue to offer our virtual services for viewings, valuations, tenancy applications and so much more.  

We want to once again reassure you that our offices shall remain compliant to any Welsh Government guidelines as and when required (our current policies are noted below), and ask that even during our normal opening hours and where possible that you either call or email us with any queries in the first instance before attending the branch.  We also kindly ask that should you be showing any symptoms of the virus that you please do not enter and contact us via telephone or email instead.

• Landlords/Contract Holders with any managed property queries please contact your local lettings branch - using the usual contact numbers and emails addresses. Whilst we are able to accommodate a face to face catch up, we are still only a call away if this is your preference.

• Vendors/purchasers with any sale queries please contact your local sales branch - using the usual contact numbers and emails addresses. Whilst we are able to accommodate a face to face catch up, we are still only a call away if this is your preference.
