Dawsons collect two prestigious industry accolades at the 2023 Relocation Agent Network Awards

The event, which unfolded on the evening of 6th November 2023, marked a momentous occasion as our team at Dawsons were presented with the coveted Best Agent Award along with the Community Champion Award. Members of Team Dawsons were met with rousing applause as they took to the stage—a testament to the strong bonds and mutual respect within the network.

The Relocation Agent Network is a national network of estate agents which helps clients relocating to, from and within the UK. Membership is only open to a select number of selected estate agents who demonstrate exceptional expertise, experience, and dedication to customer service. Several criteria measures must be met with a proven record in relocating clients.

The Awards celebrates the achievements of Relocation Agent Network members who all provide a unique point of difference to their clients. Harnessing the wider power of collaborative working.

Team Dawsons were firstly honored with the Best Estate Agent award in our South Wales region at the highly esteemed Relocation Agent Network (RAN) Awards.

Chris Hope, Senior Business Partner of Dawsons Estate Agents shared his thoughts on the awards win:

“I cannot express how thankful we are to our clients, the rest of the network and each and every one of our team, for constantly spurring us on to provide the highest level of customer service. Winning the Best Agent in region award really highlights that we go the extra mile for our clients and the network. It’s more than just an award for us; it’s recognition for the hard work our team puts in day in day out, year on year. Our clients are the reason we push the boundaries and why we love what we do!

The annual prize is awarded on a number of criteria measuring the agent’s overall contribution to Relocation Agent Network, their ability to achieve customer satisfaction and a proven record of helping relocating buyers move in and out of the area. For Dawsons it reflects an acknowledgment of our work to constantly add value to our client base and give back to the communities we are pleased to call our home. As we celebrate this achievement, we are already looking to the future. This award reinforces our commitment to our clients”.

With the excitement of winning the Best Agent award highlighting our commitment to our clients, we were then blown away to receive our second award of the evening the Relocation Agent Community Champion Award affirming our commitment to the communities in which we are based.  This award recognises and highlights the culmination of all the hard work each and every member of the team put in collectively through the year in both ‘All Things Property’, ‘All Things Relocation’ and ‘All Things Community and Charity’.
