Careers
Are you considering a career in Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Management or Surveying?
Thanks for taking the time to visit our site today and most importantly our career page.
At Dawsons we understand our most valuable resource is our strong team of local experienced property experts, assisting our clients with ‘all things property’ such as: property sales, rentals, mortgage and financial advice, a dedicated auction dept, and a land and new homes team.
Being a local independent partnership, we have continuously grown since inception in 1991 to now having over 120 employees within our branches covering Swansea, Llanelli and surrounding areas. We are extremely proud to note that over 60% of our team have been with us for over 10 years, with many of these being 20 years +, this is due to the investment in our team’s training and development along with the encouragement for our staff members to grow individually alongside the business.
A testament to ‘team Dawsons’ for their hard work and dedication to our clients is the numerous local, regional, and national awards that we have won over the years.
So do you have a passion for property?
Whilst we may not always have positions advertised below, both our sales and rentals directors (Jo & Ricky) are always keen to speak with individuals that have an eye for property, excellent customer service skills, current or previous experience within the industry, or indeed someone new to sales or lettings that has a hunger to learn and would like to engage in a career in ‘All Things Property’.
If this sounds like you, we suggest you email us your CV with a covering letter. We will definitely take the time to look over any emails/letters/CV’s received, so please get in touch today at careers@dawsonsproperty.co.uk
