Dawsons Expands Again with the Acquisition of Willow Estate Agents’ Lettings Portfolio
We are thrilled to share some exciting news from Dawsons as we start 2026, we have successfully acquired the lettings portfolio of Willow Estate Agents, based in Llanelli.
This significant milestone has been some months in the making and represents another major step forward in our continued growth journey as South West Wales’ leading independent estate agent.
The acquisition adds a substantial number of new properties to our Llanelli lettings portfolio, further cementing Dawsons’ position as the largest agent in Llanelli and the surrounding areas. Our Llanelli lettings team: Jen, Sam, Michelle, Amy and Shelby, supported by our dedicated accounts team at Walter Road, will now be taking great care of our new landlords, tenants, and properties, maintaining the high standards of service that Dawsons is renowned for.
