A Decade of Dedication: Kristian Davies Steps into Residential Lettings Operations Director Role
At Dawsons, recognising talent from within has always been a cornerstone of our success, and today we are incredibly proud to announce the promotion of Kristian Davies to the role of Residential Lettings Operations Director.
Kristian has been a driving force within our lettings division for over ten years, most recently managing our Mumbles lettings branch. During that time, he has consistently demonstrated a deep and instinctive understanding of the fast-evolving lettings industry here in Wales. Whether navigating shifting legislation or streamlining internal processes, Kristian has led with energy, enthusiasm, and expertise.
This promotion comes as no surprise to those who know him well. For some time now, Kristian has already been stepping into the role he now formally holds, supporting our growing lettings operations with leadership, insight, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
“I’ve been fortunate to be part of the Dawsons journey for more than a decade, and I’m genuinely excited to take this next step,” said Kristian. “This role allows me to support our lettings teams more widely, build on the strong foundations already in place, and help shape the next phase of our lettings offering. I’m surrounded by passionate people who care deeply about what they do, and that makes this such a rewarding place to grow.”
While Kristian now steps into his new operational role, he will continue to lead our Mumbles lettings branch with the support of Rhodri and the exceptional local team. This ensures consistency for our clients while also enabling Kristian to bring the same level of leadership and innovation to lettings across all of our Dawsons branches.
