Let us first discover the main house of Parc Y Bryn.
This Edwardian period, detached family home will impress you with its magnificent stature constructed of red brick, mammoth double glazed sash windows to front topped with twin gables. The home has been lovingly (with much attention to detail) restored and designed to enhance the huge amount of character present. You will first set eyes on the home as you turn into the gated entrance and sweep around the long private driveway. You will find ample parking for at least 12 vehicles.

The accommodation of the Lodge is set over two floors, the ground floor has a fantastic open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. You enter the Lodge via a porch that leads directly into the living space, which is a fantastic size and has a beautiful pine floor and exposed beams creating a rustic feel. The main lounge area has ample room for seating and dining. There are sizeable windows to the front allowing light to flood in and a wood burner tucked in the corner set upon a brick and slate plinth.
The kitchen is made up of modern cream gloss units, granite effect worktop, ceramic sink and coordinated white and black tiled splash back. The integrated appliances include Indesit oven, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and Moffat extractor.
In addition to the front entrance, you also have a rear door leading to the lower courtyard which then leads to the upper garden.
Ascending to the first floor via the pine staircase, you will find three bedrooms behind their oak entrance doors.
The master is a lovely double room with exposed beams, wooden cladded ceiling and double glazed French doors leading to a private, wow factor elevated decking area.
