Residential Lettings Accounts Clerk

Dawsons, Swansea's leading Letting Agency, who are well established in the management of properties throughout Swansea and surrounding areas, are looking for a suitable candidate to join their busy, experienced and motivated residential lettings accounts department.
Along with the current and key accounts staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for general accounts and book-keeping, as well as day to day interaction with clients, and staff throughout the department. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, within a fast moving and interesting industry.
The Role, will be responsible for;
- Receiving rental payments and allocating to the correct account.
- Preparing the rent returns and rental statements to clients.
- Liasing with the managers regarding charges to be made to client accounts.
- Recording expenditure on the database.
- Ensuring that monthly payments are received and chasing when needed.
- Answering queries from tenants, and landlords.
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Maintaining a backup ledger of the monthly reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in the industry. You will have excellent numerical, written and communication skills. Preferably candidates will have experience with industry software and will be keen to progress.

Saturday Negotiators

Dawsons, Swanseas leading Estate Agency, who are well established in the  throughout Swansea and surrounding areas, are looking for suitable Saturday negotiators to join their busy Sales departments. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and highly driven individuals who have a passion for people and property and would like to progress within the property industry. Successful candidates will join the friendly and professional teams within the fast paced sales department.
 
Role Description:
 
- Arranging and conducting accompanied property viewings.
 - Building a rapport with potential buyers and sellers.
 - Promoting and marketing our properties and the Dawsons brand.
- Working to targets.
 
All applicants MUST:
 
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience of working within a team environment and as an individual.
- A natural interest in property.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be highly determined & motivated.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Work well under pressure and to set time frames.
 
This role requires working hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm each Saturday.

Saturday Viewing Assistants

We are currently seeking a number of Saturday personnel to join Swansea’s biggest, truly independent leading estate agency as a Saturday Sales Viewing Assistant to join our highly successful teams in our Fine and Country Department based in Mumbles, Mumbles Sales and Swansea Sales.

The role will require excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face. You need to hungry, driven, smart, professional and deliver out-standing customer service.

We will provide you with all the training and are equally committed to ensure your career progression and development.

Key Responsibilities:-

Assist clients on accompanied viewings
Assist customer enquiries both in person, over the telephone or via email
Maintain up-dated records on client data base.

Current driving licence essential. Ability to commit to in house training during the week as agreed.

During holidays/sickness we do have the opportunity to provide overtime, so a degree of flexibility would be advantageous, however, this is not guaranteed.

Residential Administrator/Negotiator

A great opportunity presents itself to an individual currently looking to undertake a dual, full time role in administration/sales, working within a sales environment, based in our Morriston Sales Branch.   The role presents excellent career progression.

Maintain and develop a computerised client and prospect database.  Advising clients of new properties on the market.
- Comply with our company standard procedures and all statutory legislative regulations.

The individual:

- Previous administrative experience is desirable and advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy with experience of software such as Word, Excel, email systems and the internet.
- Able to organise requirements as an individual and as part of a team.
- Competent time management and prioritising skills.
